For some reason the owner is feed up and informed me that the borrower doesn't have insurance on the property which is required by the note.

@Marcia Maynard  I am totally agree with your feed back and experience sharing.  

They should be able to give you access to a direct feed from the local MLS that will be much more helpful and devoid of useless info like the listings above.

If rents are $2,500 a month, that means the market supports that price and there are people in the market capable of paying it.I sometimes bend for a retired person with guaranteed income and no debt because they have more "available" income than a 35-year-old with a car payment and student loans and two kids to feed.

LoanDepot shut down their wholesale channel, not too long ago. 

I recommend starting with Matt Risinger's channel - he's in your state and has some amazingly informative stuff.Construction is an amazing vehicle for getting sued, and the dollar amounts are astounding.

Also any feed back would be appreciated from individuals who have bought houses in bundled packages..
