The Class Feature in QuickBooks is what links income and expenses to whatever property you choose. 

(Cash flowing 5 unit buildings seems to be an interesting feature in some of the areas btw).This (The Alameda Corridor) makes the implications of the changes that the author is talking about so much more interesting especially since we’re only 5 years away from 2020 and beyond. 

Titus, you might try and use the Find Members feature to connect with some active wholesalers/investors in your area.

@David Krulac you can use the "update" feature on the incorrect post to add a paragraph to supply your correction. 

I have mine working with some of the crowd-funding realty partnerships featured here on BP, and I'm probably going to pick up a couple of small buy & holds in the next few months.
