Both listed the unit for $500 less than the market price and only appeared on select RE websites, never officially listed on MLS. 

A side note, when you try to tag someone, type the @ and then the first 3 letters of the persons name and a box drops down to select the persons name to tag.  

It was extensive including foundation work, new addition, full electrical work etc of a 200+ year old farm house we grew up in.

A little about myself (real brief), I currently live in Hawaii and have been doing extensive research in the Indy market over the last year and here in a few weeks I will be making the trip to the Indy area with my investment group, HIREI, to look at possible investments.With that being said, I am looking for multifamily homes (duplexes), 2/1 units per side, in the 40-50K range.
