I know a couple New Jersey investors investing heavily in Paterson, for the express goal of urban renewal (and not necessarily returns).

A farmer's failure to cultivate his or her land or a quarry owner's failure to take stone from his or her quarry, for example, does not mean that either person has abandoned interest in the property.A person's intention to abandon his or her property may be established by express language to that effect or it may be implied from the circumstances surrounding the owner's treatment of the property, such as leaving it unguarded in a place easily accessible to the public.

I know that this post won't really express the depth of the struggle I am going through with this, and how much it weighs on my heart.

Regardless of what the LL did, said or expressed in the lease, it's all your fault for not conducting a move-in inspection and noting the issues.

For the quality and the price the chinese shaker with quartz has been winning the day so far in WA area.I know of a few in so cal as well but have not done a project in awhile, but intend to test the quality/pricing soon.In WA, typically I can get a 10x10 kitchen uppers and lowers (usually a galley style or L shaped kitchen) plus 1 vanity for about 4.5-6k installed with taxes & delivery. 

I met her again open house in a completely different part of town and vaguely expressed interest in selling my cottage.I never contacted her but found several notes from her in my mailbox with her card on it.
