There is tremendous upside in being able to reach win-win solutions with the few borrowers that want to cooperate.

Try to find a 2bd that is over 1,000 SF and convert it to a 3bd - there is often big upside from that kind of move...also, adding a 2nd bath if only 1 exists is another win.

if no one is willing to bid over that, the bank wins and they move on to the next one.If you willing to pay over the banks bid, you shout your bid (like on tv)  I think there is a minimum of 1000 bid increments for this CO.
