You can take your classes and pass the test at anytime but if its like here in Tennessee you will have 6 months to hang your license with a broker.

I was going to attend the call but am preparing for a big test next month.

There are ways to get the paint tested, but you must document and save the test results.

That's why the "war on drugs" never worked.People find way to get what they want or need.

Don't trust people....sad but true...i hired a handyman...kinda inherited him with the last fourplex i purchased...decided to give him a shot....a couple of weeks later...found out he was on parole ...for drug possession..he begged and pleaded for a job...thought it is a god given opportunity to do some good in life...and guess what...2 months later...he had convinced a couple of tenants to pay rent in cash...and he walked with all cash...and he charged me for work not done...i called his parole officer who told me that since i did not have any formal employment agreement with him..the parolee could in fact sue me .and so i should drop it...apparently parolee had called the parole officer that i fired him because he did unapproved work...and i refused to pay him...i am SPEECHLESS!!

The only way to know for sure is to test the outlet with a muti-meter.

On the DUI thing: you can reject for DUI only if you always reject all applicants who have DUI's on their record.If it gets down to the wire and you can't find any reason to reject, check and make sure that DUI did not involve drugs.

Not only is the money going into the pockets of the non-engineers, but the government is charged ridiculous prices for parts and manufacturing, project management, testing, procurement, delivery, etc.

If the answers are yes, I'd meet them and if they passed my "gut feeling" test, I would rather offer them the chance to stay at market rent.
