However you want to build your dream cabin and have someone else pay for it, this is a great area for that! 

Look the Indy cash flow idea is a completely different investment than the LA deal....the cash flow dream is nice but is it an over built or under populated area? 

Every body I know has a big goal and dream.

I am  seeing tons of new investors from all over the place coming into the market place all in search for the lifestyle of their dreams and mainly FREEDOM and see many investors that get stuck in the grind only to be overwhelmed with information and not taking action. 

I know I want to do this for the long term, the big crazy dream is to have a big awesome development company where I build houses ( or maybe commercial property) for sale or rent.

DO NOT bank on getting a job and go all in... one "minor" repair could easily wipe out your dreams and down payment.
