Does anyone have any personal experience when it comes to refinancing their properties?

Don't depend on others to do it for you.

Did you buy this home off the market yourself or through the MLS?

Its an incredible program if the owner knows what they are doing and you get the right tenants.

My wife and I have enjoyed the MTR strategy for about 4 years now, and I think it is a viable way to "do" real estate, but it is definitely an acquired taste that not everyone is going to enjoy.MTR isn't quite LTR, and it isn't quite STR, and it definitely isn't just merging the two together.
