If you were an early buyer, the schedule A you reviewed detailed the real estate taxes for the first year, but this year tends to be misleading as it is an estimate usually coinciding with a building that is still under construction.

In regards to what they pay, the schedule sheet shows the most they'll pay, but you can ask for more and the tenant will pay the difference.

I found some webinars in the cpacademy but I want to learn the basic stuff of real estate (I know about depreciation, schedule E when to file 1099 all pretty basic stuff that a normal Tax practitioner with a PTIN and License should know).Do you have any books?

Me and my husband are investing on properties in the Detroit area , I want to know if anyone can share contact information of  contractors that can remodel houses, I travel on September 9-10 to Detroit and I need to schedule a visit with a contractor so we can visit the property together and I can get a quote of the job that need to be done.I have try to contact a few contractors but nothing yet.
