Hey all, I was wondering if any of you guys in here are currently or have recently done any sub to / seller financing deals.

I requested copies of the income taxes for them both and it looks like this could be a pretty good deal but I'm not sure how much he spends on materials to keep them running as that was not included in his "financial report" (which was a piece of paper with number written for utilities).

Working a couple of deals there and looking to expand would like build relationships with a few key people there.  

Then see what you are dealing with.  

I wanted to see if anyone analyzed their latest Atlanta deal.

I am leaving more equity in my deals on purpose

And yet...When someone posts that they will fund 100% of a real estate deal with their private funds at just 6% interest, investors lose their MINDS!!

I want to buy my first property in the Atlanta metro as I plan on moving there for a PhD next year and am specifically looking at multifamily homes but I am having trouble finding good deals.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
