Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

I think I have a general direction of where I need to go but I’d love to talk to some pros about everything and see if I’m heading in the right direction.

What's the custom for allowing, not allowing, charging an extra deposit for, or any special considerations, (or none) for the issue of smoking in your apartments?

I find it easy to use and, since the information comes directly from the "big data" companies, I found the information to be accurate.Plus, a lot of the mail companies that offer lists use Listsource as a provider.
