But you can't call me like I am a private lender and expect 100% financing. the deals I do again are with very trusted partners that in most cases have been with me for 10 to 15 years... so really its a partnership its just we don't end up owning the asset the ground partner does we just facilitate them getting the rental portfolio they desire.

There are not many opportunities to do so around lsu however, that is in a desirable area, but you could always live in one room and rent out the rest, in a house with proper zoning.

It is still undervalued and has private capital investments surrounding it this last year (>$150 M), better access to public transit, parks, border more desirable neighborhoods and I believe to be safer but do not have the stats in front of me to confirm.
