(hā-zic) Have an Accounting & Tax office our here in Brooklyn that was also featured on NPR last year; but have come here mostly because of the resources BiggerPockets offered in regards to it's members.

I have had nothing but problems for just about everything related to them (except basic registrar features).If you want the El Cheapo option, I would actually recommend Dreamhost.

I’ve spent the last few months reading books, analyzing my market, watching trends, creating spreadsheets, mock budgets, estimating financials, doing calculations, designing rooms via SketchUp Pro, networking with suppliers, and vetting hard money lenders.

This maybe a new feature I want add to it. 

For example in my 1958 duplex, I replaced the 1980s laminate countertops with a new patterned laminate that evokes a mid-century design.

I don't have any experience with any one except Conner remodeling and design.  

House is on Cape Cod, MA and bead board is a popular product around here.Other than that I haven't thought much about what I can add for a nice budget friendly feature and I'm looking for any ideas.Thanks for any suggestions
