I'll definitely look into open houses of new developments.

Although I live east of downtown and would definitely add this side to my list of neighborhoods to invest in. 

I would definitely not include it with the apartments -- it's likely that in Oak Square tenants will want to park for free on the street with a sticker rather than paying $175 plus or minus for parking.

@ Mr Garrett, thank you for the reply sir, id definitely be interested in future conversations / networking. ive lived here since my first purchase in Little Elm back in 2009, all have been purchases too reside in , im now interested in expanding too a few  rentals, possibly down the line land and build small group of Plex properties. very motivated and now making more time too becoming active here on the BP forumn. it is a pleasure too meet you look forward too more dialog.

After working in student housing, I would definitely make sure you are properly covered when you're renting to students.

I’m currently in an apartment and won’t be able to move for a few months, but will definitely utilize house hacking once I move!
