i did call my lender and asked however i really am not sure if the customer service agent comprehended my question and acted like it was no big deal. 

There is no customer support number and we are not getting anywhere with the seller or the seller's agent.

All of these have a learning curve to understand and customize/apply their features well.

Your 401k provider should be able to assist you.The customer service of pretty much all of the exchanges with respect to account on-boarding for this type of account is effectively non-existent.

It certainly doesn’t help that the big national leasing companies tend to have one-star customer service.

The loan amounts will drive the wholesale pricing, and flat per loan costs will be minimal relative to those typical loan amounts, short of cross selling this will typically be the best route (as a "median" customer, you really aren't seen by the big banks as worth taking a hit in the mortgage division to cross sell you other financial services, you're just a "median" customer and a number to them).
