Does anyone have a referral for a local CPA?

I have a network of friends and family that are excited to invest in the deals I have, so I am NOT looking for new lenders.My biggest questions are these:What is a reasonable interest rate for a loan described above?

Now if you also want to earn commissions on your friends, family and network even when you just refer them to a local realtor then get your license.  

Yes I do have a cpa and no it was not her fault. 

You want to talk to your CPA/Lawyer if the option makes sense.

Try to network with the brave investors before you in the market you are targeting.

I am fairly new to real estate investing, I've read multiple books and will continue to learn from this site before making any rash decisions.I am hoping to learn from others on this site, and build a network of people to assist me with my business ventures, If there are people in either area who would like to connect please contact me.

But I want to reach a bigger audience and grow my network.

Also, networking is key, go to some reia meet ups if you can and meet some people here on bp as well, there are so many options, you don't need to pay.
