Choose where you can very clearly describe what you expect, move by move even  the most detailed and above all else (even if you hired the controller): a way you can monitor what very specifically is getting done.

My naive opinion is that I have no idea of what I'm looking at even if I choose to look at the property.  

Any tips on how to choose the main bases where I want to be stationed in relation to multifamily properties?

I had to revert the its current illegal setup back to a single family home which was a 3 Bed 2 bath and 1,200 square foot with a pool.
