Hi BP, I am newbie investor and started to explore few NJ/PA markets for investment.I am getting lot of guidance and help from fellow BP members.

I'm just getting started in this game so I'll be exploring all types of contacts, you never know who will know what!  

I'd love to share my thoughts with you on this one, your strategy, and the other strategies that I would be exploring.

You could explore with your respective accountants creating a holding corporate structure that would take title to, control, and manage the portfolio.  

I'd like to see if I could borrow 500k by offering perhaps a large down payment or some alternative forms of finance and am exploring different options.

I've only been exploring this whole new world for a month now, but I am about to start my 4th book (I'm a slow reader but getting faster) and have not listened to music in the car for a while now, just podcasts and it's been really amazing learning about real estate.I am currently the engineering & quality assurance manager for an overhead crane company in Azle and I'm looking to further my knowledge in real estate and figure out how and when to make my first deal.

I'm exploring Texas to expand into as I have boots on the ground there, but I am finding that property prices aren't exactly cheap and taxes are pretty high for most.
