Some of them have been able to eventually retire on rents alone, in fact one such couple are in their 30's with 4 very young children, (but they do work very hard at being Landlords & have NEVER missed a payment to us).This sums up our quest ......

According to the IRS, I cannot manage the property myself, I cannot conduct any repairs myself, I cannot find my own tenants, I can’t even have my parents, spouse, children, or grandchildren do anything related to the property.
