His target market though is rural lock and leave cabins.. if you have ever owned property back in the woods or a cabin that is kind of isolated many times they get broken into.. this form of housing is literally bullet proof lock and leave.I was just at a RE conference this week in san Deigo and one of the guys in Storage business was talking about using these for storage factilitys.. you can stack them 5 high then build a facade around them.. one company has got that working..

Sounds like $0 since they are TOHs (tenant owned homes).Subtract out any major fixes (demo of store, fixing broken infrastructure, reserves for failing septic, etc.)Total = $196k - any big issues...It would be a good intro to it and being right down the road from you is the only way to make it work for a smaller project.

I've contacted a lawyer to see how to get the guests out, they've broken multiple lease rules and actual city laws (had to call the cops last night after their unrestrained dog attacked us and our dog on our way in from a walk last night.)
