From what I gathered by reading some posts around here is that the method I may be interested in is cash out refinancing.

I would love to connect.I hope to learn as much as I can about BRR method and pull the trigger on 2-4 entry properties this year in the SFH or Duplex to Quad, thanks again for your help and consideration.

Should I only use the Heloc in place to buy a property cash or finance with a down payment and use the brrrr method to purchase more? 

My goals with joining BiggerPockets is to learn how to build a real estate portfolio using the buy-and-hold method.

Am I within my rights as a landlord to notify them I will ONLY be accepting payments by this method?

Just in case others are researching this topic, the general recommended method when investing out of state is investing in a city where you know people.

I dont see how its possible to scale at any rate faster than a property every 2 years without having a major savings from the start.I would say the BRRR method is the best to begin growing a portfolio.

I use to remodel houses and I'm absolutely in love with the brrrr method and also doing Airbnb.
