If I went into a house with no outlet covers I would think yikes if they couldn't be bothered spending $50 and 20 minutes what is lurking behind the walls they cut corners on

Honestly that one does not bother me so much as I don’t mind paying for a yearly inspection to make sure my cabins are safe for my guests.  

Probably won't bother to look at it again...That is unless it's a good vehicle to sell my stuff.

The rest of the family do not want to bother with it however I am considering paying up and having the property transferred to me with the help of a attorney friend.

Also they seem so bothered that I am concerned they will attempt entry (destroy property).

This as been bothering me for several, several years so I'd figure I'd ask the experts here.

Most people go there for a cheap beach holiday and are unlikely to bother.

Some HOAs will prohibit townhouses but most dont even bother mentioning it because the lots are over sized.

Properties across the street, that may even be the same size, could be worthless as a comp...but a property 6 blocks away may be better....and not because it makes your property look better.First, don't bother analyzing properties...analyze markets, to find micro-markets.Second, understand that "time on market" isn't measured from the time the property was first listed, to the time it says it was "sold".  

If you don't plan on building a property management company and continuing to work on creating systems for you and your staff, I would strongly advise not to bother starting.
