If you don't want to be the one showing the property or don't have the skills to show and screen tenants you should source this part of the business either with an agent or with a PM.

They have vendors they work with and you add your own that hopefully know yr property inside/out.What I do NOT need Nestegg for as I already have these automated ;1.)All the marketing, tenant screening, pricing, lease writing is done by a realtor and free to landlord, as here in Boston tenant pays full month finder fee and realtor is happy to take to take on exclusive listings.

The meeting went so badly the landlord literally leaped across the inspector's desk and started strangling him.After an investigation the ensuing charges were dropped and the inspector was prohibited from ever working with this landlord again.I had another inspector demand an inside inspection after seeing several torn screens (recently caused by the tenant).

If everything were to go my way I would have them screened before you own the property, but if you cannot do that then you should see if you can put them on a month to month lease until you can get them screened.
