Hello BP community,I need some advice on handling escalating utility bills.

My strategy, whether it's for REI or my personal home tends to be longer-term.  

It's a built on Wordpress, so most of that is handled in Wordpress. 

The caseworkers there that handle the Section 8 tenants are really good and you can talk to them about a reasonable plan to encourage the current Section 8 tenant to find another place if they won't pay the higher rent you'd like to get. 

And if they have not handled all past 4 judgements for you, you will need to provide them with the case numbers.Also, since you're in the County (rather than City), don't let myrentcourt.com tell you you need to purchase extra services such as "stand in" or "eviction notification".
