You can only find this out by finding a great team (real estate broker, property manager, attorney that knows the market) and finding out from them what is needed in the market and has long term upside potential.So I agree with @Michael Weller on his assessment of Belize, as we are currently building for the hospitality/tourism market on Ambergris Caye.
