The big problem is if you want a commercial loan most lenders are anti bk.  

Beware of scams is all I'm saying.

It's essentially a huge scam, the government gets you to give them your phone number and then sells it to countless telemarketers so they can go on harassing you for surveys, votes and newspaper subscriptions.

We chased cashflow in the Detroit market (cue eye rolls from Josh and anti-Detroit crowd) and have some very good cashflow for low purchase price.

My dad was scammed and I now own the problem...can you help me with ideas of what to do???     

However, when someone is in favor of socialized medicine, taking from those of us that work to give to the lazy, anti-God, etc, I'd say that, yes, they're a socialist.

Ogden City code enforcement is very anti-RV. 

But I will say 401Ks are mostly a scam for the uneducated.

We are currently living in an environment where the Realtor's lobby have managed to pass laws that are anti-competitive and because of that they have managed to keep the price of their services at a pretty high level.

I have tried a few other online forums and found them to be scams,,,  but it looks like this one is for real with real people.I really don't understand forums so I don't participate much.
