I run my own credit reports with the information provided on the application. 

But, I am wondering has anyone put together a basic or advanced checklist for people to get started with?

I give them incentives to report things that need repairs.So over the past 4 months during “lease up”, I’ve maintained 98% occupancy, paid $0 in PM/leasing fees, shown 0 units, signed 4 leases plus 1-4 month Airbnb.
