They're all fairly large cities and as such will have areas that range the full spectrum from A-D.

Has anyone added solar panels to a small multi family as a way to increase revenue?

I've added a 4-Plex and contemplating adding one more. 

I added in leasing, renewal, and setup fees, in addition to the actual 6-10% management fee.

@Jason Hirko definitely will be closing tomorrow, and that has been communicated ad nauseum to the Seller, yet Seller still insisted on the per diem; and at this point, it would only delay closing, which is counterproductive to what we're trying to achieve.But my original question is, would Seller be able to take on another contract, if the current contract/escrow is not closed?

This subdivision will require one unit to have a bathroom moved (W/D added) and a kitchen added.

The former covers the more routine added "wear and tear" from the dog, whereas the deposit covers excessive damage.  

My question is what suggestions does everyone have on how to access this newly added value.
