I've been watching and listening to YouTube and podcasts, which inspired me to make this move.

I’m young-ish (27) and extremely motivated to get started in real estate investing.Throughout the last year or so, I’ve been doing a lot of research, (books, podcasts, YouTube) along with meeting face to face with several enlisted members with real estate experience, all in the name of procuring as much knowledge as possible before diving in head first to our first property.

Just look at Youtube.

Watch Bigger Pocket podcasts that can be found on YouTube as well as individual investors giving their insights/personal experiences/mistakes/etc. 

It's a real estate investing podcast (I personally like watching them on youtube because he usually whiteboards a lot out).

Finding and Funding Great Deals:By Anson Young is a great book Also listen to a bunch of wholesaling podcasts that are on the bigger pockets YouTube channel 

If wholesaling a good place to start would just be driving around your local community looking for properties and taking those addresses down and skip tracing the owner somehow if you are on limited funds, however if you have money available you could leverage that into a site such as prop stream where you could put together a list of properties with a certain criteria and then batch skip that list of homes with something like REI skip and look for properties all over the united states. it really just depend on where you are financially and how much time you have but there are tons of youtube videos you could check out that would show you how to get started no matter which path you choose.
