Since the western end of the Florida Panhandle is home to several military bases, catering to the needs of this tenant base makes good business sense.

@Dawn Anastasi Dawn those are just awesome numbers.. 1595 rent out of a 88k homes that for us west coast people is mind boggling. we rent 350k homes for 1700.rents have a ceiling here. like 1.5 mil sfr's will rent for 5k a month or so.its not exponential on property value vis a vi rent.No wonder you mid western investors have all the dough :)

I also own a credit repair company which is located here in Western Pennsylvania.

The primary are coming from Western WA with immediate family coming from Montana, Utah and Colorado.

Plus instead of the service provider having to deal with their direct problems it would be me (my property manager) having to field the complaints and issues.Even if we did have the satellites mounted to the roof we would still need to get the coaxial cables into the house in a nice fashion, other than through the windows.Im trying to turn a C- class building into a sold B, and those tenants won't want satellites and cables everywhere.Thanks for your thoughts and knowledge.
