I think our future as a Nation is still VERY uncertain but I'm hopeful that real estate prices will continue to creep up through the Spring of 2013.

You could in long-term standard rentals, too, but short-terms seem to be more like "spring break" or party rentals.

Do you have projects in other areas, as well (Wake Forest, Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, etc.)?

Same in that planter box under the window.The storm door was a bummer but I felt it was needed so that you could get more natural light and fresh air into the main living area during the nicer months.

I think the fact that everyone has a dramatic story to tell as an employees is suspicious but it's fun entertainment value to watch.It will be fun to see all the drama next week when the show airs............. : )
