We have decided to get into Real Estate Investing to provide some long-term cash flow and ultimately some freedom from a typical corporate environment.

I make calls to existing and new lending connections a couple times a week, especially during this constantly evolving and changing lending environment.

For cellphone number on iPhone I have been happy so far with MySudo app.But for landlines, I am using a VoIP SIP provider and a SIP phone.

So that's the trade-off - great schools and super family-friendly environment, great housing prices compared to San Diego but lots of driving and desert-like conditions.
