They're not held to peer review or other scientific standards, and like many editorials they often have an angle that they are promoting.

I am not suggesting that investors in the US not use a LLC, your legal system does promote law suits like lottery tickets, I am suggesting it simply may not serve the full security purpose you may believe it does.
