As you can imagine, tax implications are a pain and I have to figure out some of the details before I get started.

Every time I spread mud over a section of a wall it feels as though the house is sighing in relief and gratefulness for the healing and soothing salve I am applying.  

I truly feel your pain. 

Value is a pain in the butt to determine on properties.  

I remember during my college days we had tapestry over the entire ceiling, area rugs, dressers up against the wall, book shelves and milk crates of records and books, it's a real pain to do a thorough inspection.

Ugh, living in NOLA, I so feel your pain.

Save both of yourselves a lot of pain and wish him luck!

Have a national company but their charges are about 2x the national average and a pain to work with.  

Its a little bit of a pain, as they don't typically do business in TN, so some of the amenities available to other borrowers, such as online account services, are not available to me.  

So I feel your pain and I am wary of the same things when I interact here.
