I fully agree that the transformation over the years has been fantastic and despite the influx of more diverse offerings such as restaurants and hotels and even the creation of a contemporary art museum (albeit only one of two worthwhile mentioning) they usually build another mall before they invest in real community projects or expand on a more diverse offering of the arts.
