In these parts (Maine) we don't install too many in slab heating ducts, so I can't speak specifically to that.

Just because it is an standard sales does not mean a family trust is selling it because the person passed away. and you can find those leads on line look for obituary leads. 

(I can do this because the buy is more worried about the monthly payment than the total price.)To me that sounds more like installment payments for a piece of personal property than a mortgage...Am I missing something?
