Hello Everyone,I have been told by a few people that it would be a good idea for me to practice analyzing properties, so that when I am ready to purchase my own, I will be able to analyze it without much difficulty.I have tried to do that, but when I find properties online, the realtor does not include most of the information.May I know how you go about finding property information?

Networking is very key.Local auctions and online auctions.Here's the key.

Everything under one LLC is fair game for creditors of that LLC.  

Because banks are not your only potential creditors.  

Many have their records online. 

Absent creditor claims in excess of your offering price, you should be successful.

Still the best prices I found online.

But, this property is the most rough around the edges of any of mine, so this round was 3... plus being a photographer, it presents better online than in person.

I was looking at stuff in Port Coquitlam online today which got me thinking enough to write this post.Also, the new Bosa property in New West look nice but I imagine buying brand new isn't a great investment idea.Where do you invest?
