One of the great benefits to HML's that people do not talk about often is having their eyes on the project.  

I'd want clarification as to the exact problem in the eyes of the village:  1) Are more outlets required?  

Looking at another potential flip that just caught my eye in Janesville but being in the middle of a flip now funds are tied up so we will see.

Or are my eyes bigger than my stomach? 

My clients have the best opportunity to purchase those properties as I usually know about them prior to them coming to the publics eye. 

I came into Bigger Pockets doing research prior to attending a real estate seminar this past weekend, and my eyes were opened to the wealth of knowledge that this site and its community offers.  

But in my eyes, when you pursue something so viciously for a time period like that, and see ZERO RESULTS, 99.99% of people would give up.

My past has shown me that if I keep my eye on the dream, I can, and will, accomplish it!

Stanley's 20-yr research about millionaire's was an eye-opener for me.  

My wife is in the public eye a little and anonymity on our personal residence would be nice to have also.
