Others I know in the areas have reported similar experiences: demand/bookings in rural New England have dropped substantially year over year, likely due to pent up demand for the primary Boston or NYC traveler audience for air travel / international travel after 3 years of COVID restrictions.

sounds like you might need to call your insurance company, plus hire a company that specializes in remediation right away to preserve anything that might be worth saving, plus extract water, put in fans to avoid mold (if it isn’t there already).

We were able to get a water restoration company out that same night to set up fans which stayed in place for 3 days until moisture readings returned to normal.
