I understand the concept of obtaining additional capital with the credit limits on each card you receive, and paying the minimum payment until acquiring enough profit to pay off the full balance.

I know many of them get confused by the concept, but is it just another hurdle I need to explain or is it a no-go for the lender?

Landord, or some other book to have a concept on what to do, get all the forms you need, ect.

Then they blew out the old kitchen as an open concept into the d/rm.

I was hooked on the concept and had a ton of fun doing it.Fast-forward to the present and I'm a licensed agent with a brokerage in Atlanta that specializes in wholesaling (feel free to PM or e-mail to chat about that).

And a good mental exercise in expanding my concept of what's possible.

I liked Rich Dad Poor Dad but wanted more actual practical info other then just concepts.
