Challenges?

The challenge is now even some of the rehabs are overinflated and don’t represent true value.

The biggest challenge in the BRRR in my opinion is having the rehab makeready completed from a distance.

My challenge here would be finding enough value add or upside to be able to pull out all of my funds to repay the Heloc when complete with either option.
