Any test is subject to possible mis-reading, though those are more exceptions to the rule.

I think it's time for newer entrepreneurs to read about what it means and how to respond on BP when someone shines a light in them. 

I'd read about zoning uses classified under mobile home parking.

Again read the nys guidelines and make sure you are squeaky clean with your dates. if in the event you mess up the timeline there is the possibility that your eviction would be delayed due to not following the NYS guidelines.
