I am sure there are some great books out there in the book stores, but I don't have any to share that really get into the nuts and bolts.

Hi @Akshay Vig, I'm not going to go to deep into the nuts and bolts of this particular deal.  

In fact, i was the one who explained I would get back to you on your question in a few, then I get k getting into some nuts and bolts ok?

Beyond just the nuts and bolts of syndication and finding deals, asset management and finding investors....what about how to build a business?

Pretty nuts.
