Between the recent thread about condos in Miami, too many episodes of "Burn Notice" and "Dexter" and yet another drive home through a snow storm, and a letter from the city complaining that one of the tenants wasn't quick enough with shoveling the sidewalks, I'm really thinking about a trip to Miami Beach.

I'll leave Louisiana around mid to late June and take a road trip before arriving to Kansas.

Then you may want to plan a trip with several properties lined up-  The sad note is they go fast!!

We'll only be gone 8 days, but hope to have some multiple week trips next year. 

We made three trips to close on the properties.Never trust what you are told.

I am making a trip down to Atl in August for a week so I will look you up, and maybe attend a meetup or to.

Most likely the state where the property is located is where lawsuits would be brought if they are something for personal injury like a trip and fall or something of that nature because the “cause of action” arose in that state.

Demand has decreased for sure since early 2022, but we personally stay pretty booked, since our house offers three different sized units--a 4/2, which we book out for the big events like graduations and football weekends, the 3/1 side, which is great for small families and couples as well as groups traveling to town for work, and then the 1/1, which we only open up on weeknights between other reservations, and it usually books with a traveling nurse or someone coming to town for an interview or short work trip.

In my trips around Metro detroit there appears to be TONNES of vacant shovel ready lots.. you sure it would not be better to seek those out..

If the drain was left clogged AND the disposer jammed/reset tripped, then charge them the cost of clearing the line and disposer.
