I wish it had more appreciation there as a hybrid, that's why I invest in Columbus instead.

I don't know where in Indiana you are, but I am in Indianapolis and grew up in Northern Indiana, would be glad to have a phone conversation if you wish.

I look back 20 years ago and wish I would have been thinking the same way.
