Save yourself a headache and call around as many as you can, and look for lenders that are WELL VERSED in the loan, and have done it many times before.

I haven't had any experience with it personally, but I have some contacts at Bee Safe, a brand based in Greensboro, NC and focused on climate-controlled storage facilities in retail locations.  

That would be well within their right to do so but that would not be something to worry about on your first one or two. and really, not to big or a worry ever because you would be able to find lending even one would not do it. 

A well written management contract should clearly spell out what is expected of both the PMC and the owner, to PROTECT both and avoid misunderstandings.

I haven't asked about the circumstances an umbrella policy wouldn't cover us, so I will look into that as well as to whether they have ever been counsel to a party that was sued and lost everything personally.
