At a minimum, it appears to me this would violate such a clause and other clauses for causing damage to a neighbor's unit.Why isn't your attorney suggesting that he send demand letters to both the COA (to force the COA to enforce the covenants) and the upstairs neighbor?

As trendy as it sounds multiculturalism doesn’t always produce harmony: that newly migrated family across the street may not care about property appearance —they are likely good people but the 10 cars in the driveway and unkept lawn is just a sign of their commitment to other priorities.

On a c or d class asset I’d keep em if they are in good condition however I would clean and paint them with fresh paint to jazz up the appearance .

I think @Chris Seveney offered to review your investments docs for you he will be able to tell you what you actually did as its appears no one who invested on this thread is exactly certain how their investment was secured ..
