Real estate is not stock and should not be viewed in the same light, market wise or as a similar asset, it is unique, stock is not as it is one of many shares identical to it.

I've even had lenders who told me that if I got a contract signed before the 90 days, they wouldn't be allowed to fund the loan, even if I got a new contract *after* the 90 days...There's lot of craziness out there with FHA loans, which is why I recommend that investors find a good mortgage broker, have him verify with his underwriters all the rules they enforce, and then encourage all their buyers to use that lender.

Jack,Have you called For Rent signs and researched rent rates on Craigs List to verify the rental amount?
