Do I simply need to open bank accounts in my children's names (minors) and after they money is deposited, then transfer the money to my main account for use in our investment?

If the escrow company is willing to accept it for transfer of title then we will for 1031 documentation.  

There is a chance (albeit a low one) that YOUR bank can call the loan due because there's transfer of title or transfer of equitable interest on the property without paying off the loan or informing the lenderMakes sense?

We have been awaiting the transfer docs and UCC from Vivint for over a week.

So once they were done with the wall, I grabbed drywall mud and taped and mudded the wall. 

They both seem to run the same yearly reocurring balance transfer promotions from 0-4.99% interest with no balance transfer fees for 12 months.  

I have all the usual numbers and even the direct local number, but even though they answer, they just transfer me to the customer service rotation hell.

You NEVER, EVER let an unknown source hold these funds and say they will transfer to the lender.

If they had used joist hangers on to the large board, it would have transferred the weight there instead.I am not sure why it would take thousands to fix.
