I think I paid 1200 for it.. and told her if she can coordinate with home depot to get it delivered and installed and haul off the old one go for it its there and paid for  LOL.. she did it and is happy now.. her friends came over she got to show off her new top of the line stainless ranges...

Working on talking with a tax pro on all this looking more for personal experiences on seed some $$$ in acct vs scheduling a $$$ transfer each month to a personal acct that still pays the mortgage. it just seems easier to put 2-4K in the account to start now and reduce the paper trail?
